The policy provides that if any employee in the Insured's immediate service shall sustain bodily injury by accident or disease caused during the period
Insurance and arising out of and in the course of his employment by the Insured in the Business.

The policy will also indemnity, subject to the Jurisdiction Clause and other terms exceptions and conditions of the policy against liability only under the Workmens Compensation Law(s). The relevant laws are set out in the policy schedule.

It is a legal requirement under the Workmens Compensation Act-Capt 236 (as amended by Statute Law (Miscellaneous).
